By booking and participating in our tours, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the mutual obligations between Safar Sansar and our passengers. These terms govern your booking, travel, and participation in our journeys. Please read them carefully.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a specified deposit is received and acknowledged by Safar Sansar.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and other approved gateways.
Pricing: Package prices may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices generally include transportation, accommodation, and meals as specified. Any personal or additional expenses are the responsibility of the passenger.
Final Payment: If you book with a deposit, the balance must be cleared before the payment deadline set by Safar Sansar, prior to departure.
No cash refunds will be provided after booking. However, the paid amount may be credited towards future trips with Safar Sansar, valid up to 12 months from cancellation.Cancellation must be requested in writing or via our customer support.
If tours are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.), passengers may choose a full refund or a credit for a future trip.
Safar Sansar also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Passengers must carry valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) during the trip.Any special travel requirements (medical needs, dietary restrictions) should be disclosed at the time of booking.
Passengers should be in good health and physically fit for the planned itinerary. Safar Sansar does not provide medical services during the trip. Carry your own medication if required.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, accidents, trip cancellations, or lost baggage. Safar Sansar is not liable for such incidents.
While every effort is made to maintain the planned itinerary, Safar Sansar reserves the right to adjust schedules, destinations, or activities for safety, comfort, and convenience.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued for missed activities caused by such factors.
Passengers are expected to show respect towards fellow travelers, staff, and locals. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Safar Sansar reserves the right to remove any passenger from the tour without refund in case of misconduct.
Any damage caused to vehicles, accommodations, or property by passengers will be their sole responsibility.
Meals are included as per the package (generally breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Our cooks provide wholesome and hygienic meals.
Passengers with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.) should inform us in advance. While efforts will be made to accommodate preferences, availability may vary by location.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Safar Sansar is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of valuables during the trip.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one small bag. Excess baggage may incur additional charges or may not be accepted.
Safar Sansar is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, delays, or damages occurring during the trip. Travel is undertaken at the passenger’s own risk.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
