If you need to cancel your trip after making the payment, here’s what you should know:
Funds Reuse: The full amount paid for the canceled trip can be applied toward any future tour with Safar Sansar.
Validity: Your credited amount will remain valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation, giving you flexibility to rebook your journey.
Non-Refundable: Payments made are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned to your original payment method. Instead, the funds will be fully available for reuse.
Notify our customer service team about your cancellation and request to reuse your funds for a future trip.
When you are ready to rebook, let us know your chosen destination or package. We will apply the credited amount toward your new booking.
If the new trip costs more than your credited balance, you will need to pay the difference at the time of rebooking.
While we do not issue refunds, our priority is to provide flexibility and value. By reusing your credited amount, you can preserve your investment and continue your journey with Safar Sansar at a later date.
